Johannes Feichtinger (https://www.oeaw.ac.at/ikt/team/johannes-feichtinger) is organizing a conference on academies under the conditions of the Cold War. It is supposed to take place in May 2023. Now he is looking for a historian of science who will work on science and science organization in the independent Baltic states of the interwar period and in the Baltic states occupied by Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union. He has asked me for help and support in this, which is why I am writing to you today.
